Circuit Breaker Movie Review 1996

Traveling repairman Foster Carver (Bernsen) and his wife (Harris) encounter a broken-down spaceship with a lone survivor (Grieco). Then they discover he's a cyborg trying to create a new breed of humans. It's "Dead Calm" in space without the talent or suspense and with a whiny would-be heroine and some boring action sequences.
