In "Little Green Men," the X-Files have been closed and the partners separated. Mulder has a crisis of faith but then learns about an abandoned radio telescope site in Puerto Rico that seems to be the site of alien activity--only he's not the only one interested. The infamous Flukeman makes his gross appearance in "The Host," as the crew of a Russian freighter bound for New Jersey is attacked by a humanoid monster. Mulder's sent to investigate while Scully does the autopsy, which reveals a strange, wormlike creature inside the corpse.
