My Uncle: The Alien Movie Review 1996

Kelly, President Sullivan's teenaged daughter, travels to L.A. to visit a children's shelter at Christmas. When she finds out the shelter needs money to stay open, she eludes the Secret Service and hatches a plan to raise the funds. But she does have someone watching out for her--no, not a guardian angel, a guardian alien!
