Patlabor: The Mobile Police--The Original Series, Vol. 2 Movie Review 1988

In episode 4, "The Tragedy of L," the Second Unit is sent back to training camp. Soon after they arrive, strange things start to happen, strongly suggesting that the camp is haunted. This is an intriguing episode that does, interestingly, relate to police work. Next, in "The SV2's Longest Day, Part 1" a rogue group of the Japan's Self Defense Force seizes control of Tokyo. This more serious episode begins an intriguing story arc that is very similar to the second Patlabor movie. Both episodes are good, if in very different ways.
