Armored Trooper VOTOMS, Stage 2: Kummen Jungle Wars, Vol. 1 Movie Review 1983

After the Uoodo City stage is summarized, this epic mecha series continues. Chirico travels to the jungles of Kummen to enlist in a mercenary force fighting a civil war. In his first battle he encounters an enemy whose skills and reflexes are so good he believes it can be none other than the Perfect Soldier he calls Fyana. Includes episodes "Recap: Fyana," "Assemble EX-10," and "Doubts." As usual, comic relief is provided by his old friends Coconna and Vanilla. The new backdrop of the civil war between two fictional countries also provides its own enhancements to the plot. This stage of the series contains five volumes.
