The X-Files: Squeeze/Tooms Movie Review 1993

In "Squeeze," Mulder and Scully first meet Eugene Tooms (Hutchison), a serial killer who murders five times every 30 years and removes the liver of each victim. The mutant Tooms also turns out to have the ability to slip through seemingly impossible openings. The 1994 follow-up episode, "Tooms," finds the killer supposedly rehabilitated and released back into society. However, the FBI agents are convinced that Tooms will kill again and vow to keep an eye on him.
