Mistrial Movie Review 1996

NYC cop Steve Donohue (Pullman) is incensed when accused cop killer Eddie Rios (Seda) is acquited and Donohue himself is about to be charged in the wrongful deaths of the suspect's wife and brother, which occurred during his pursuit. So he takes the entire courtroom hostage.
