Cold Light of Day Movie Review 1995

Police officer Victor Marek (Grant) is hunting a serial killer of young children in the English countryside--and he'll do anything, including using a young girl as bait. Marek seduces single mother Milena (Baxter) to use her young daughter to set a trap for the killer but can he catch the madman before it's too late?
