Les Apprentis Movie Review 1995

Womanizing deadbeat Fred (Depardieu) winds up sharing an apartment with antisocial journalist Antoine (Cluzet) and the mismatched duo eventually form an uneasy (though comic) bond. In need of cash, they decide to rob Antoine's office, but bungle the job, which leads to disturbing consequences. Watchable leads, intelligent script. French with subtitles.
