The XeBeCe is sabotaged and must make an emergency landing on a small, Earth-like planet. As its crew and passengers try to understand the conspiracy that stranded them there, it soon becomes obvious that they are on a planet in chaos. To survive, they must learn the truth behind how the planet's war began. Marked by action, a race of semi-intelligent apes, telepathy, an evil overlord and a touch of romance, this adequate space adventure offers a little of everything.
