Children of Zapata Movie Review 1996

Describes the Zapatista National Liberation Army's fight to attain justice for the Maya Indians of Chiapas. The Indians live in poverty, have been marginalized, and are jailed and tortured for asserting their rights, by the Mexican government. The Zapatista guerrillas won a propaganda victory and world attention, by holding a demonstration held in four towns.
