Where on Earth Is Carmen SanDiego? Vol. II: By a Whisker and Dinosaur Delirium Movie Review 1995

Contains two full-length animated episodes from the top-rated Fox Kids Network program. The first, "By a Whisker," follows Zack and Ivy as they trace clues from Carmen's theft of the Tower of London and an entire black sand beach in Hawaii. They finally uncover her scheme as they travel on the Siberian Express. The second, "Dinosaur Delirium," finds the Acme Detective Agency trying to figure out how Carmen is recreating prehistoric times as they journey from India to Indonesia, finally ending up in Washington, D.C.'s famous Smithsonian.
