Two-part series featuring Frank Fire Jr., a veteran firefighter, and fitness trainer, demonstrating two physical fitness programs that he designed specifically for firefighters. The first, "Strength," presents a recommended weight training program. The second, "Stamina," provides a full cardiovascular/aerobic program aimed at building stamina. Filmed entirely in a firehouse weight room and uses actual fire footage to better implement the exercises shown in the programs. Comes with booklets and pull-out charts.
