Serial Killer Movie Review 1995

Selby Younger (Delaney) is able to think like a killer in order to catch them. That's how the beautiful cop captured serial killer William Lucian Morrano (Bell) who has now escaped--Selby's his ultimate target but first he wants revenge. So he uses her friends as bait and leaves the bodies for Selby to discover.
