Ai City Movie Review 1986

Kei is an unwilling participant in an experiment to increase telekinetic abilities in humans. He and the young Ai escape from the omnipotent Fraud Corporation. Soon, they are part of a terrible power struggle that will determine the fate of the Earth because it seems there is something special about Ai. The straining plot barely holds together many action-packed chase scenes. Strange and interesting things happen in a sometimes confusing sort of way. There is a reason so many people are in pursuit of Ai that's revealed in a dialogue-heavy confrontation near the end of the movie.
