ER Movie Review 1994

TV pilot for the hit medical series about the trials and traumas of the Chicago emergency room of an urban teaching hospital. Edwards is Dr. Mark Greene, the standards-setting team leader trying to juggle professional and personal resonsibilities, Douglas Ross (Clooney) is a womanizing pediatric resident, Susan Lewis (Stringfield) a workaholic second-year resident, Peter Benton (La Salle) is the perfectionist surgical resident with no people skills, which disconcerts third year medical student John Carter (Wyle) who falls under Benton's stern gaze. Fast-paced action is enough to make you dizzy.
