Breach of Conduct Movie Review 1994

Col. Bill Case (Coyote) is the commander of the Fort Benton, Utah, Army base where Helen Lutz's (Thorne-Smith) husband Tom (Verica) has just been transferred. At first there's a mutual attraction between Helen and Case, but then hubby is assigned a mission off base and, when Helen refuses Case's overtures, things turn very nasty.
