Not quite on target social satire revolving around buppie Burford Jackson Jr. (La Salle), a token minority ad exec who's job is to push questionable products, using gross stereotypes, to the black community. His family's appalled and Buford becomes a prime target of D.R.O.P. (Deprogramming and Restoration of Pride), a vigilante organization that kidnaps erring black bretheren and leads them back to their cultural heritage. Frequently intense performances but the script raises some serious issues it doesn't deliver on. Based on the short story "The Deprogrammer" by David Taylor.
