Brum and the Kite Movie Review 1994

Brum, the adventurous 1920 sedan, wanders into a park where a small boy is flying a kite. Wanting to get some ice cream, the boy ties the kite around Brum, but the car couldn't keep it in place and the kite flies freely around the city. Brum, the small boy and others chase after the kite.
