Sharks: Predators or Prey? Movie Review 1994

Follows scientists as they study different species of sharks. Explains the beneficial role of sharks in the food chain while refuting the myth that sharks prey primarily on man. Interviews with biologists, archeologists, wildlife managers, aqualrium workers, and a natural history museum curator reveal the dangers that man poses to sharks. Points out that over 100 million sharks are slaughtered per year, endangering their very existence.
