The Nutcracker Movie Review 1994

Animated version of the original story by E.T.A. Hoffman. Godfather Drosselmeier gives Fritz and Marie the story of the Nutcracker and the evil Mouse Queen as he gives them the gifts of a toy soldier and a nutcracker. The nutcracker comes to life to fight and defeat the Mouse Queen when she threatens Marie, who declares her love for him, breaking the curse and restoring him to his proper place as King of Marzipan Palace.
