Spenser: The Judas Goat Movie Review 1994

Boston PI Spenser (Urich) is hired by billionaire mining exec Hugh Dixon (Pownall) and sent to Ottawa, Canada to investigate the deadly car bombing that killed his wife and children. Seems black African political leader Boyko (Bess) was the true target and the assassin hasn't given up. Adapted from the Robert B. Parker novel; made for cable TV.
