Top of the World Movie Review 1997

Newly released con Ray Mercer (Weller) travels to Vegas with his estranged wife, Rebecca (Carrere), who wants a quickie divorce. She's got a new boyfriend, casino manager Steve Atlas (Hopper). But Ray just happens to get caught in the middle of a heist planned by Atlas to cover up his embezzling at the casino. Sounds like it should be entertaining but it's not.
