Semi-Tough Movie Review 1977

Likeable, still current social satire involving a couple of pro-football buddies and their mutual interest in their team owner's daughter. Romantic comedy, satire of the sports world, zany highjinks--it's all here, though not enough of any of these. Pleasant and enjoyable. Based on the novel by Dan Jenkins.
