Contains information on principal folk traditions that still survive, including the music of the Maroons, Pocomania (which combines African and Christian traditions), the dancing of the Junkanoo, and the music of the Nyabingh sect. Includes commentary from noted Rasta singer Justin Hinds who links these traditions with today's reggae.
