Watunna Movie Review 1990

Animated film that depicts five stories from the creation myths of the Yekuana Indians of the Venezuelan rainforest. These stories explore the genesis of evil, night, sexuality, fire, and food. The animation itself is handpainted with watercolors using metamorphosing designs drawn in part from ancient Yekuana art.
