The Great American Western Collection: Roy Rogers Movie Review 194?

Series of three Roy Rogers classics. "West of the Badlands" is an adaptation of Zane Grey's novel "Border Legion." Rogers plays an outlaw who sacrifices himself to save a pair of lovers. In "Jesse James at Bay," Rogers plays a romanticized version of James, stealing from the rich and powerful railroad to help the poor settlers keep their land. Rogers and Dale Evans star together in the singing western classic, Yellow Rose of Texas.
