Killing Obsession Movie Review 1994

Albert (Savage) has been locked in the Parkview State Psychiatric Facility for 20 years, ever since he murdered 11-year-old Annie's mother. Annie is Albert's obsession and in his mind she's always remained a young girl. So when Albert is released, he goes looking for Annie--murdering along the way. Now that the real Annie is an adult will Albert finally accept the passage of time or will she be just another victim?
