Four program series visits Australia's deaf community. Hearing-impaired students, professors, parents and children introduce hearing/hearing-impaired communication difficulties, the anatomy and physiology of hearing, audiograms and HELOS, stereotypes associated with the deaf, sign language (Auslan and Ameslan), cochlear implants, CODA (Children of Deaf Adults), and the challenge deaf parents with hearing children face.
