The Sayisi Dene, a nomadic people who have eked out a living on the frozen Canadian tundra for thousands of years, negotiated a fraudulent treaty with the Canadian government in 1910. Their traditional lands were awarded to the Inuit people and now they must rummage through the town dump in Churchill, Manitoba for survival.
