Focuses on the small town of Corbin, Kentucky in an attempt to understand the origin of racial unrest in America. Although the all white town denies a racial reputation, in 1919 Corbin railroaded black workers out of town in boxcars to keep their town free of blacks. African Americans from surrounding towns reveal the white supremist activities that plague Corbin today.
