Jimmy Hollywood Movie Review 1994

Wanna-be Hollywood actor Pesci has never acted in his life but longs for stardom--which he gets after he accidentally becomes a community vigilante. Burned-out sidekick Slater helps create the videotapes that will bring Jimmy his 15 minutes of fame. Although appropriately desperate, Pesci's role comes off as mostly shtick; two dogs in a row for the usually talented Levinson (after "Toys").
