The Talking Eggs Movie Review 1992

Animated version of the popular children's folktale features all Black Americans, and narration by Danny Glover. When Selina is treated unfairly by her mother and bratty brother, she is invited to the home of a mysterious old woman who encourages her to take some eggs, but only the ones who speak to her. They are magical and prove valuable to Selina, but turn into a curse when her brother tries to steal some for himself.
