In a densely populated Brooklyn neighborhood, a group of young people known as "The Toxic Avengers" work to clean up their neighborhood; Sister Paula Gonzales champions an effort to use reclaimed materials from dumps to build energy efficient homes; and Native Americans fight to save land from the greedy insurance companies looking for short term profits.
