The Girl From Phantasia Movie Review 1993

Preparing for a visit from a girl he likes, Akihiro tries to spruce up his room with a carpet he found. As he's cleaning it, he summons cute Malon from another dimension. Any other time, she might be more than welcome, but now he has a date! Malon instantly falls in love with Akihiro and isn't about to leave any time soon, which means that less pleasant visitors are sure to follow her through the dimensional portal.
