Genocyber, Part 1: Birth of Genocyber Movie Review 1994

Animated tale about the Japanese Kyuryu Group, a private corporation with an army the size of a military superpower, that discovers a weapon capable of allowing it to dominate the world: two sisters (one with exceptional psychic powers, and the other, part machine), which if they could somehow be combined could tip the balance of world power in Kyuryu's favor.
