The Loretta Young Show, Vol. 3 Movie Review 1956

Two heartwarming episodes from the long-running television series. In "The Pearl," Miss Young plays the wife of a Japanese fisherman who discovers a pearl worth a fortune. He comes to rely on her as a pillar of strength during his triumph and tragedy. In "Wedding Day," Young is a misunderstood Victorian widow who narrowly escapes the insane asylum. Then, an evil plot to destroy her hatched by her wicked brother-in-law emerges.
