Whispers of White Movie Review 1993

Bridgetown's mayor has been trying for years to put a stop to the drug dealing going on in his fair community. Finally, his new Chief of Police decides to deploy a special task force to clean-up the streets--using whatever methods are necessary (and they're all violent).
