Managing Performance for Quality Movie Review 19??

Relates the story of Jan, a research manager whose product has been an abysmal failure, despite being manufactured exactly to plan. The reasons for the failure become clear to her after an unexpected occurrence. In the second part, actors speaking directly to the camera address the issues brought up by the earlier vignette. Entire production contains that somewhat off-balanced humor.
