Multicultural Animation Movie Review 1993

Presentation of three finely crafted animation sequences that can be appreciated both for their multicultural content and artistic worth. "Prayer to Viracocha" is a short visual exploration of the clash between Catholic conquistadors and native Latin Americans; "Usika: An African Folktale" is a string puppet sketch of a fishing village; and "Fiesta" explores the holiday traditions of six countries.
