Uminchu: The Old Man and the East China Sea Movie Review 1991

Residents of the tiny Yonakuni Island, a volcanic rock near Okinawa, tell of their traditional way of life which revolves around the sea. Junkerman follows 82-year-old Sigeru Itokazu as he fishes alone for marlin each day.
