In Memory of Friends Movie Review 1990

Focuses on the unlikely martyrdom of Bhagat Singh, a young socialist hanged by the British in 1931 at the age of 23. Both sides--Sikh fundamentalists and the socialist government--claim him for their cause as they battle for political supremacy in Punjab, India.
