Best Offer Movie Review 1992

Kyle is a 12-year-old girl, uncertain about the opposite sex, who is forced to sell her beloved horse. At the ranch where her horse is to be sold Kyle meets Ray, a saddle-bronc rider, who fascinates her for reasons she can't quite understand.
