Kill or Be Killed Movie Review 1993

Michael Julian just spent eight years in jail for saving his brother Charlie's life. He must wonder why he bothered since Charlie has stolen his girl Beth and set up a drug empire. Michael ambushes Charlie's men and steals $1 million to use as leverage but Charlie thinks rival drug lords are out to get him and starts a street war.
