Lou Grant, Vol. 1: Cophouse Movie Review 1977

Asner's irascible character from "The Mary Tyler Moore Show" went on to greater glory in this television drama which had Mr. Grant moving to Los Angeles to become the city editor of the Los Angeles Tribune. In the pilot episode he uncovers a police department scandal.
