Alan becomes one of the "Friends of St. James," a tiny Caribbean Island, when he samples their only major export, a drugged cigarette. "Three Line Whipping" finds Alan having a very bad day after a very good night. Alan's sexual escapade with a saucy French maid makes him late for a TV interview, causing him to make a fool of himself on national television. But things really get messy when Alan's anger leads him to inadvertently kill a mocking taxi driver.
