Yes, Prime Minister: Power to the People Movie Review 1986

Four episodes from the British political spoof. "Power to the People" finds Hacker having trouble dealing with the local government council. The Prime Minister is "The Patron of the Arts" at a British Theatre Awards Dinner but things don't go smoothly. Hacker wants to reform "The National Education Service" but his methods leave something to be desired. "The Tangled Web" is what happens when Hacker is caught lying to the House and tries to worm his way out of his deception.
