There Goes the Neighborhood Movie Review 1992

A dying convict tells prison psychiatrist Daniels where he has buried $8.5 million--under the home of neighbor O'Hara. Daniels and O'Hara try to discreetly dig up the fortune but when the neighborhood finds out everyone wants a chance at the cash.
