Quake Movie Review 1992

Railsback stars as a stalker who takes advantage of the 1990 San Franscisco earthquake to finally obtain the woman of his dreams. A surveillance expert, he's after a beautiful lawyer (Anderson) and when the earthquake leaves her trapped he rushes to rescue her--only to hold her captive himself.
