Leadership: Human Resource Development Movie Review 1983

In two presentations Dr. Larry Bobbert explains that because technology isolates employees there is an even greater need for interpersonal relations skills among leaders and administrators. Bobbert introduces a method to resolve human resource problems such as building and maintaining self-esteem and conflict situations. Emphasizes the need to understand why people may react differently to the same situation. Offers activities to help correct these problems.
